We currently ship orders across Pakistan, including all major cities and towns.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Time

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days (within Pakistan)

• Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days.

4. Shipping Charges

• Flat Rate: PKR 200 on all orders

• Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 3,000

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your shipment.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time or appears lost, please contact us at mdmart85@gmail.com within 7 days.
